3. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a properly formatted DMCA notice:

1. We will promptly review the complaint.

3. We will notify the user who posted the content, providing them with a copy of your notice (with your personal contact info included).
4. That user will have the right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake or that they have the legal right to use the material.

4. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe it was done in error or that you have permission to use the content, you may file a counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, My IP Insights may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access to users who are repeat infringers.

We also reserve the right to disable or delete accounts or block IP addresses that submit repeated infringing content, at our sole discretion.
