3. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a properly formatted DMCA notice:
2. If the content appears to infringe, we may remove or disable access to the material.
3. We will notify the user who posted the content, providing them with a copy of your notice (with your personal contact info included).
4. That user will have the right to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake or that they have the legal right to use the material.
4. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA takedown
notice and you believe it was done in error or that you have permission to use
the content, you may file a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:
2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
